83 homes awent under contract in Vail and Corona (85641)  last month which means we're off to a good start in 2013. The average list price for homes that went under contract was $225,317.  The average time on market for these homes was 55 days.

46 homes sold last month in this small town southeast of Tucson which was 14 more than December of 2011.

The average list price for homes that closed in this area for December 2012 was $229,320.
The average list price for houses that sold December 2011 was $267,786.

Houses that closed in this area for December 2011 sold for 88.9% of asking price
