55 homes sold last month in the Catalina Foothills area of Tucson which was 1 less than last year.

The average list price for homes that closed in the foothills last month was $528,658.
The average list price for houses that sold last December was $611,438.                                     

Houses that closed in this area last month sold for 95% of asking price.
Houses that closed in this area last December sold for 89.3% of asking price.
