April 2013 Forecast-
For the second month in a row 108 homes went under contract in Vail and Corona (85641). The average list price for homes that went under contract was $219,647.  The average time on market for these homes was 68 days.

March Sales Activity:

47 homes sold last month in this  town southeast of Tucson which was 23 less than March 2012.

The average list price for homes that closed in this area for March 2013 was 233,387.
The average list price for houses that sold in March 2012 was $183,541.                                  

Houses that closed in this area for last month sold for 99.1% of asking price.
Houses that closed in this area for March 2012 sold for 97.2% of asking price

The average Sales price for homes that closed in Vail and Corona was $231,190 last month.
The average Sales price for homes that closed last year in this same area was $178,466 during March of 2012.

The average Market time for homes that closed here was 94 days last month.
The average Market time for homes that closed here was 112 days in March 2012.
