March Forecast-
2680 residential properties went under agreement in February 2013 which means March sales should improve over March 2012.

New Listings rose 49.11% last month from 1071 in February 2012 to 1597 last month.

February 2013 Sales Activity:
951 homes sold last month compared to 1019 in February 2012.

The average list price for homes that sold was $193,462 last month compared to $171,723 a year ago.

The average selling price was $186,482 and $164,513 one year ago.

Home sold for about 96% of asking price both last month and in February 2012.

Days on market reduced from 77 days in February 2012 to 58 days last month.

Year to date total dollar volume has risen considerably from $311,348,090 for YTD February 2012 to $338,567,161 YTD February 2013.
